Easy Vegan White Beans and Rice

This is by far one of the simplest vegan meals to make. Simple yet tasty. If you want to be EXTRA yoprotein calculatoru can opt to make the white beans fresh. Putting in my data, I should consume 113.67 grams of protein. Which means if I was eating beans all day I would have to consume 7 cups of beans to get my daily protein intake. Well that wouldn’t make me happy so glad there are other ways to get protein. Enjoy the recipe.

Easy Vegan White Beans and Chili

  • 1/2 yellow onion sliced
  • 1 16 oz. can navy beans (don't drain)
  • 1 cup cooked jasmine rice
  • 1/2 tsp. sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  1. Heat olive oil on medium heat. Saute onions until translucent.

  2. Add navy beans to pan and cook for 8-10 minutes on low heat. Season with salt an pepper.

  3. Serve over jasmine rice. Enjoy!
