Putting in my data, I should consume 113.67 grams of protein. Which means if I was eating beans all day I would have to consume 7 cups of beans to get my daily protein intake. Easy Vegan White Beans and Chili
- 1/2 yellow onion sliced
- 1 16 oz. can navy beans (don't drain)
- 1 cup cooked jasmine rice
- 1/2 tsp. sea salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
Heat olive oil on medium heat. Saute onions until translucent.
Add navy beans to pan and cook for 8-10 minutes on low heat. Season with salt an pepper.
Serve over jasmine rice. Enjoy!
