Get Your GREENS In! Pineapple Green Smoothie Recipe

Are you getting enough fruits and vegetables in your diet?

One way I have found to get more fruits and vegetables in your diet is to drink them in a smoothie. Adding fruit to the vegetables gives it a sweeter taste. Some leafy greens I love is spinach! You can eat them with breakfast, lunch, or dinner.

Spinach is rich in antioxidants, a good source of vitamins A, B2, C and K. It also contains magnesium, manganese, folate, iron, calcium and potassium.

Get your vitamins out of every fruit and vegetable.

The leafy green vegetables are good for your body and low in calories. Most of the time when people say “Why don’t you try a green smoothie?” We tend to think Ewww!  But it’s not like we think it is. Let’s not judge a book by its color. LOL. OK.

Let’s be open to new things and try new foods. Spinach is your friend.
