After eating the highly processed Impossible Burger, I must gain my self control and get back on track with being a healthy vegan! I present to thee the Raw Kale Wrap! raw_vegan_wrapNo processing, no cooking, just good old veggies! You only need kale, lemon juice, olive oil, salt & pepper, avocado, flour wrap, chia seeds, and maple syrup!

👉Avocado amongst other things is good for your hair and skin.
👉Kale is good for, lowering your blood pressure, anti-depressant, anti-inflammatory, anti-viral, anti-cancer, and lowers cholesterol.

Raw Vegan Wrap


  • 1 bunch kale
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 diced avocado
  • 1 tbsp. chia seeds *optional adds nutritional value
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 tsp. apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. maple syrup
  • flour tortillas


  1. 1. Chop bunch of kale into edible pieces. (I remove the stalks and cut the leaves). 

    2. Add olive oil, apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, and maple syrup and mix well. 

    3. Add salt and pepper to taste. 

    4. Place some kale on a wrap, top with tomatoes, diced avocado, and chia seeds, wrap and enjoy.
