Raw Vegan Wrap
- 1 bunch kale
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 diced avocado
- 1 tbsp. chia seeds *optional adds nutritional value
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 tsp. apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. maple syrup
- flour tortillas
1. Chop bunch of kale into edible pieces. (I remove the stalks and cut the leaves).
2. Add olive oil, apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, and maple syrup and mix well.
3. Add salt and pepper to taste.
4. Place some kale on a wrap, top with tomatoes, diced avocado, and chia seeds, wrap and enjoy.
