Praise Dancer’s Rock Vegan Life! Vegan Mashed Potatoes

Literally this is the easiest recipe on earth. Do not buy instant mashed potatoes from the store, I repeat DO NOT BUY INSTANT MASHED POTATOES from the store. This is a simple healthy recipe you can prepare in minutes.  Potatoes have amazing health benefits…. just a word of precaution if you are trying to lose weight, you may want to take it easy on the potatoes!

The benefits of POTOTAES: Great for skin, stimulates brain function, helps with digestion and constipation, prevents cancer, prevents heart disease, and reduces blood pressure. Easy Vegan Mashed Potatoes

  • 3 russett potatoes
  • 1/2 cup non-dairy milk (I use rice milk)
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 tbsp vegan butter (I use earth balance)
  • 1/2 cup green onions
  1. Boil potatoes 20- 25 minutes until soft.

  2. Remove from heat and drain. Smash potatoes well.

  3. Add milk, salt, pepper, and butter. Mix well

  4. Garnish with green onions and enjoy.
