Garden Spaghetti Pasta!
Quick and Easy Vegan with some healthy raw veggies, nuts, and seeds! The Good Stuff!! This is a keeper, definetly one for meal prep! It keeps 2-3 days. It has some AMAZING benefits, you can research..but I named a few that caught my attention.
✔️Chia Seeds: Protein and Energy (Massive amount of nutrients)
✔️ Cucumber: Nutrients & Vitamins
✔️ Tomatoes: Fiber, Vitamins, & Minerals
✔️ Pecans: Anti-flammatory , Anti-cancer, promotes hair growth and healthy skin
Vegan Garden Spahetti Pasta
- 1/2 pack spaghetti noodle
- 1 tomato (diced)
- 1 rib celery (diced)
- 1 cucumber (diced)
- 2 tbsp. chia seeds
- 1 cup honey roasted pecans (crushed) optional
- Newmans Olive Oil & Vinagarette
Boil the spaghetti noodles according to instructions, drain and cool them.
Add tomotes, celery, cucumbers and dressing(add as much or less as desired) and stir well.
Top with chia seeds and pecans and enjoy.
