“But the Lord”
Many are the afflictions (something that causes pain or suffering) of the righteous, but the Lord delivereth them out of them all. – Psalm 34:19 There are so many things that we (the believers, the righteous) have and will face in this life, hardship, ailments, misfortune, but God’s WORD says BUT THE LORD, delivereth them out of the ALL. Let’s pause and thank God for the, ‘BUT THE LORD’ moments.
There may be an issue, problem, or circumstance, BUT THE LORD!
In this psalm, David was thanking God for his escape from Abimelech. David could have lost his life, but he pretended to be out of his mind and was released. Oh how David praises God in this Psalm. ‘I will bless the Lord at all times, His praise shall continually be in my mouth. My soul shall make her boast and the humble shall hear thereof and be glad… My God! It’s something when your soul boast. The seat of your emotions and feelings. It’s wise to take note from David, the man after God’s own heart and declare though afflictions may rise, I take heart and praise God, knowing the He delivers the righteous out of them ALL!
I’m declaring over my life, BUT THE LORD moments:
- Every Problem, But the Lord
- Every Offense, But the Lord
- Every Accusation, But the Lord
- Every Mistake, But the Lord
- Every Pain, But the Lord
- Every Hurt, But the Lord will delivereth me out of the ALL!
